LUXE - THE FINE ART WORKSHOP

Thank you for registering for the LUXE workshop!! I am excited you will be joining me for a fun & hands on workshop styling, lighting, posing, photographing and editing fine art portraits.

Please read through and fill out this form. It has information on the workshop as well as allows me to get to know you and an agreement that will need to be signed. Please let me know if you have any questions at all. Once registrations are closed, I will reach out with more detailed information and get your travel plans.

some meals, snacks, beverages and a Chef cooked dinner are included with the workshop. I will need details of any diet restrictions or preferences you may have.

Your 4 night guest house stay is included with the workshop. 

The home is a lovely Victorian that accommodates 6 people. It is a non smoking house.

There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and 1 bedroom with twin beds. I will take your preferences below but will leave it up to the attendees to choose rooms once everyone is there. I realize it is a "cozy" home and sharing a bed with a stranger may not be ideal, but it is the best option for accommodation near the studio.

Check in will be at 3pm on the day before the workshop and checkout is by noon the day after.

BY PURCHASING A TICKET TO LUXE - THE FINE ART WORKSHOP AND SIGNING BELOW, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & AGREEMENT:

I understand that my ticket to the workshop is non refundable but transferable. It will be my repsonsability to sell my ticket should I not be able to attend.

The host instructor will do her best at connecting me with anyone on the Priority Wait list should I need to sell my ticket.

I understand that the images I create at the workshop are for my personal use, portfolio, website and social media only. I will not submit images to magazines, publications, blogs or awards & competitions.

I promise to send the model/s at least 6 edited images within 2 months of the workshop.

I agree that I will not share any downloads, discounts or exclusive information or documents shared with me during the workshop with any other person or photographer as they are exclusive property of the Instructor and for paid attendees only.

I understand that due to a fluid and busy schedule... the itinerary may change slightly.

If an act of God or unforeseen circumstance beyond the control of the host does not allow the workshop to be held, I will have the choice of attending a rescheduled workshop or receive a full refund of monies paid. It will not be the responsibility of the host to cover other expenses lost.

I understand that I am responsible for my travel expenses to and from the workshop and any expenses outside of what is included in the workshop.

I am responsible for bringing all of my camera equipment, lenses, batteries, cards, card reader, laptop with Photoshop to the event so I can participate fully. I understand that the host instructor will provide the models, wardrobe, props, backdrops and lighting equipment for the event.

I understand that I will be sharing a guest house with 5 other attendees and will respect the rules of the house.

Due to sharing close quarters of the guest house and studio, the host may request a negative Covid test prior to the workshop if it is still an active virus. I promise to advise the host instructor if I feel sick and have a positive Covid test. (in that case, my ticket will be refunded or transferred to another workshop)

If I have chosen the payment plan, I promise to send the remainder at least 30 days before the workshop. If balance is not received, my seat may be sold to another attendee and my initial payment will not be refunded.
